As a makeup remover: Apply a pea-size amount of balm into your palm. Massage into face and décolletage using gentle circular motions. Rinse with warm water. Use AM and/or PM. Use as a second cleanse to ensure nourishing oils are absorbed.

NOTE: This product does not foam upon use. To remove eye makeup, use a separate eye makeup remover for optimal and complete cleansing results.
