PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Barley noodles are well-being noodles made with domestically produced barley and clean salt collected in Korea. Since the noodles are produced using only 100% barley without mixing flour, you can feel the original taste. Why barley is good! It contains a large amount of beta-glucan, dietary fiber, vitamin B, and functional amino acid GABA. The recommended daily intake of dietary fiber is 25g. 100g of glutinous rice contains 18g of dietary fiber. It provides 70% of the recommended daily amount. In particular, beta-glucan, a high-quality dietary fiber, contains 50 times more than rice and 7 times more than wheat. Barley has the highest beta-glucan content among grains. Barley is the best beta-glucan!
Even if not for health reasons, barley noodles are attractive enough as noodles. Barley's unique savory and light taste! The noodles are soft and chewy! Clean and refreshing aftertaste
How to boil noodles
Barley noodles made with 100% barley are different from boiling wheat noodles. Put plenty of water in a deep pot, add the barley noodles to the boiling water, and stir once. Since noodles are made only from barley, the noodles may stick to each other if not stirred.
1. In a pot wider than the length of the noodles, put enough water to cover the noodles.
2. When the water boils, lay out the noodles and put them in. Turn off the heat and wait for 5-6 minutes. Continue to stir for the first 3 minutes to prevent the noodles from sticking, then occasionally stirring thereafter.
3. Scoop out the noodles through a sieve and rinse thoroughly in cold or ice water 3 to 4 times. * When rinsing the noodles, do not rub and rinse thoroughly.
4. Depending on your preference, you can roll it up in the broth or use it by mixing it.
