Since we provide products in their natural state, without refining, bleaching, or deodorizing, trace elements in the oil settle as sediment, like those found in Mt. Jiri.
Q: Is it safe to consume sediment?
A: While some oils may have brown sediment, like ours, from the natural fiber of perilla seeds, it's rich in various plant-based nutrients such as protein, lignans, and vitamin E. Shake well before consuming to upgrade both taste and nutrition.
